A 16-year-old filmmaker from Sutton is celebrating after winning an award for a short film screened at a national film festival.
Jack Spring, from Sutton, received the Best Drama award for his film Doors Opening at the 47th Co-operative Film Festival - held in partnership with Bradford’s National Media Museum from July 17 to 19
The entry was one of a shortlist of 76 films by young film-makers from across the UK – and as far afield as Slovenia, Italy and Iran.
