How safe do you feel walking the streets of Epsom at night? Are there enough children’s activities locally?
These are a few questions hundreds of people answered in a local estate agent’s annual survey.
The Personal Agent, who operate in Epsom, Ewell and Banstead, started the project in 2017 to help people who are planning to move or have recently moved into the area.
Doroteya Milanova, senior digital marketing executive at The Personal Agent, said: "Epsom is a perfect place to live in for both professionals communing to London as well as for those who enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of Surrey.
"The finding from these questions not only provide unique information about the local area and the living standards, but it will also allow us to compare this information year-on-year so we will be able to see in what direction Epsom is heading and whether the living conditions are improving or not."
55 per cent of respondents felt that Epsom is family-friendly, in keeping with Surrey's reputation as one of the best home counties to raise children in.
More than a third believed that the local government is not very quick to respond to request for help.
