Students are celebrating across the borough after being presented with the Jack Petchey Achievement Award.
One hundred and five youngsters from secondary schools were presented with an award for their efforts at the Secombe Theatre last month.
Fifteen schools in the borough were involved with pupils aged 11-25.
Winners included Mark Purvey, aged 12, from Glenthorne High School who won his award for overcoming difficulties as a result of Cystic Fibrosis.
