Banstead and Reigate youngsters took first place at the P&G Surrey Youth Games last month.
The borough’s team won a total of five gold, six silver, and four bronze medals.
Elmbridge took home second place, whilst Woking came in third among the 11 competing boroughs.
2,400 competitors aged between 7 and 16 years took part.
The mascot race was won by Cosmo the Toad by Reigate and Banstead Council’s mascot.
Councillor Adam De Save, the council’s executive member for healthy communities said: “This is an incredible achievement. These outstanding results at the P&G Surrey Games, illustrate the hard work, and commitment that our youngsters dedicate to this annual event.
We are extremely proud of the teams that took part and enjoyed participating in such a large sporting event at the new Surrey Sports Park, Guildford. Congratulations to everyone.”
