Wimbledon's private schools climb league table
Wimbledon’s private schools have climbed up an annual education league table.
The Sunday Times list of Britain’s top prep schools has seen Wimbledon High School Junior Department climb one place to 11th, while the Ursuline Prep School moved to 91st this year from 165th in 2009.
The newspaper’s league table of private schools included Kings’s College School in 13th, the same position as last year, and Wimbledon High School jumped from 42nd to 61st.
There were no Merton entries in the list of top state schools.
