Epsom & Ewell athletes are celebrating after being crowned champions at the 19th P&G Surrey Youth Games last weekend.
More than 2,000 athletes descended on the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford to compete in 20 events including badminton, boxing and squash.
Epsom & Ewell emerged victorious as overall borough winners, three points ahead of Woking in second and seven points Elmbridge in third.
Winners: Girls U11s hockey team Mixed U15s lacrosse team Mixed U10s squash team Mixed U15s table tennis team Mixed U13s squash team Campbell Livingston of Active Surrey said: “The P&G Surrey Youth Games is an event which bursts with prestige and high-quality sporting talent.
"All athletes involved in the event should go away with enormous pride having done themselves and their boroughs proud.
"Congratulations must go to the athletes of Epsom & Ewell for their success throughout the weekend. We have clearly some potential Surrey-based Olympians compete this weekend and I can’t wait to see their stories unfold in the coming years.”
