Police are “very concerned” for the welfare of a 13-year-old boy who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Tyrone was last seen at about 1pm in Caterham on Friday, February 2.

Police believe he may be in Bromley, Crystal Palace or Lewisham and are very worried due to “his age and the length of time he has been missing”.

Detective Inspector Hardiman from Surrey Police said: “I am growing increasingly worried about Tyrone as he has not been heard from or seen since last Friday.

“I urge anyone in the Sydenham area or the surrounding areas to get in contact if they have any information regarding Tyrone’s whereabouts.

“If you have family and friends in the surrounding areas including Bromley, Crystal Palace and Lewisham please share this appeal. You can to help us find Tyrone.

“Tyrone, if you don’t want to speak to us, but you do want us to know you’re safe, you can contact the Missing Peoples charity by texting or calling 116 000.”

Tyrone is described as mixed race, 5ft5ins tall, medium build, with brown curly hair, and was last seen wearing a black tracksuit, black North Face jacket and a small man bag.
