Rapid Improvement Ltd was set up in February 2007 as a Training Provider focusing on Health and Social Care training.

The business has branches in Mitcham, Bexley, Shepherd’s Bush, Walthamstow, Kingston, and Richmond upon Thames.

Its commitments include:

• Working with each client, social workers, relatives, carers (as appropriate) and all others associated with his/her care towards identifying, implementing and reviewing a personal care plan which adequately reflects his/her needs at any one time.

• Promoting independent living, working within the client’s range of abilities and competencies.

• Delivering care, in the client’s home in a manner which is non-discriminatory, sensitive to the cultural needs of the client and respectful of their environment and traditions.

• Providing a high-quality flexible, responsive and non – intrusive service that is tailored to the needs of the individual.

• Ensuring that confidential information is protected at all times and only shared with others strictly in accordance with its policy on confidentiality.

• Working in partnership with other agencies involved in care in order to ensure a seamless and cost-effective service.

“Placing our Adult Learners doing their National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) into Care Homes became a problem, so we decided to open a Care Agency in March 2015 to assist our trainees to learn on the job.

“Our current ratings with Care Quality Commission shows Good ratings in the overall services in: Safety, Effectiveness, Caring, Responsiveness and Well-Led.

“We are on the Framework with London Purchase Healthcare (Any Qualified Provider: AQP) to provide Fast Track Services to End of Life Service Users and Domiciliary and Nursing Services.

“We have been successfully admitted to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames; Care at Home Framework and Reablement Supported Living Services.

“This has opened the way for Rapid Improvement Ltd to generate jobs to the local people living in the Kingston and Richmond Community

“We are looking to employ Full Time and Part Time Carers with good wages and pension schemes.”
