Investors and developers wanting to hear about London’s Next Big Opportunity are urged to act quickly if they want to book their place at a regeneration conference.

Tickets are selling fast for the third annual Develop Croydon Conference, which will once again feature a series of debates and seminars designed to bring together the town’s key decision makers and debate the future of the town.

Paul Finch, vice-chairman of the Design Council, will chair this year’s event which takes place at Fairfield Halls on Tuesday, 27th November, 2012, while headline speaker is Kit Malthouse, the London Deputy Mayor for Business and Enterprise.

A wide range of other speakers will represent both the public and private sector and among those represented on panel discussions will be Hammerson and Westfield, the two companies vying to take over the town’s Whitgift Centre.

There will also be the opportunity for delegates to put their questions to key decision makers and stakeholders at the Croydon Question Time debate.

Tickets for the event are priced £250 plus VAT and are available via the event website at www.developcroydonconference.com
