Felix Asare, who with his elder brother, James, left Collingwood School in Wallington in 2008, to take up a choristership at Ely Cathedral, has been chosen as Head Chorister for the coming year. Felix, now aged 12, who lived at Beddington Park Cottages, before becoming a boarder at Ely, began his choral career at St Mary, Beddington, singing in church, on tour and on CD with the St Mary’s Boys’ Choir.
