Cheerleaders from Wallington have been crowned national champions.
The Surrey Twisters were named national champions in three categories at the British Cheerleading Association’s International Cheerleading and Dance Competition.
Head Coach Georgie Markwell said: "I’m very pleased with our results but just as proud that each and every one of the girls gave their very best in each performance. Cheerleading is a great sport that allows you to develop as an athlete but also teaches life skills like team work, friendship and community involvement."
