A second man is set to be charged with the murder of a Mitcham teenager stabbed to death in front of crowds of shoppers.
Seydou Diarrassouba from Pollards Hill was killed on Oxford Street on Boxing Day. A post-mortem examination gave the 18-year-old's cause of death as a single stab wound to the heart.
Today 23-year-old Jermaine Joseph from Conway Road, Haringay is due to appear at Hendon Magistrates Court to be charged with his murder.
Thulani Khumalo, 20 and from Etherley Road in Haringay, was also charged with Mr Diarrassouba's murder on January 25. He will next appear at the Old Bailey on April 11. Five other men arrested in relation to the death remain on bail.
