A 20-year-old man who was arrested in front of his mother during a police raid has been charged with possession of drugs.
Marcus Bivand, of Dents Road, Battersea was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £40 costs.
He appeared at South Western Magistrates Court, Lavender Hill on February 23 and pleaded guilty.
A quantity of herbal cannabis was found in the first floor flat during a police raid, which he shared with his mum.
About 14 police officers and police community support officers were involved after receiving a tip-off.
