A German-Shepherd showed primary school children how she keeps the streets safe.
Robin Hood Junior School, Sutton, got a special visit from the police dog unit on Monday, February 27.
Year three pupils watched as Sergeant Richard Davies put two-year-old Tilly through a training session which included chasing after a suspect who was trying to run away from police.
Deputy head teacher, Caroline Rose, said: "All the children were pleased to meet Tilly. It was exciting to see what police dogs can do."
The visit was arranged by PCSOs Emma Nagioff and Steve Higgins, of Sutton’s Town Centre police team.
