Lauryn Bateman and her 14-month-old son Terry John Lee have been found.
It is understood the 28-year-old and her son were found safe and well earlier this afternoon.
Miss Bateman, who is five months pregnant, took her baby during a supervised care visit in Sutton last Friday.
She visiting Terry at the Sutton Family Centre in Robin Hood Lane.
Sutton Council has launched an investigation into how the mum managed to evade security at the centre to run off with Terry.
