Good memories: Resident Mary Charles with Georgia Bower
School children met with elderly people at a care home to illustrate their memories.
To celebrate world book day, residents at Linwood in Thames Ditton wrote stories about pets they had in the past.
Pupils from Hinchley Wood Primary School then visited the home to create drawings to go with the stories.
The collection will be sent to Great Ormond Street Hospital for the children there to enjoy.
