A free two-day festival celebrated all things literary world at the weekend.
Tooting Tales: A Celebration of Stories and Voices took place in The Brick Box Café, in Tooting Market from Friday to Sunday.
Visitors enjoyed book readings, took part in a poetry workshop and a literary tour of the area.
Budding writers got the chance to pen their thoughts in a writing competition hosted by Honest Publishing, with the winner bagging a free copy of Nothing Doing by Willie Smith.
There was also a visit by Vayu Naidu Company storytelling, which focuses on telling a story based on the Indic oral tradition.
Music was provided by the aptly named Alphabet Soup.
It was the first festival of its kind to held in Tooting, and there are plans to host more in the future.
