The club in Brancaster Lane is aiming to help the national game find another 500 players in the country.
At the same time, The Croquet Association is backing Esther Ranzen in her bid to strengthen ChildLine, which helps young people in trouble.
Funds raised at the Purley Bury Croquet Club on Sunday will be pooled with those from other croquet clubs. The idea is to get more people working for ChildLine.
