Broken down coach causing traffic chaos
Commuters are facing delays this morning due to a broken down coach on the A3.
One lane is blocked on the Kingston bypass southbound in Tolworth, between Tolworth roundabout and the A243 Hook Road.
Queues are stretching back to Malden Junction.
