Julian Speroni: 9 - The best keeper outside the Premier League enthused Dougie Freedman following the Argentine's heroics in the game. Could do nothing about the equaliser.

Mustapha Dumbuya: 8 - Signed on-loan from Doncaster Rovers, the former Grays Athletic man slotted in comfortably at right-back, replacing Nathaniel Clyne who was still recovering from a virus. Can also play right-wing, and this showed as he got forward well.

Paddy McCarthy: 8 - Another impressive 90 minutes at the back for the Palace captain, especially when Palace were reduced to 10 men.

Anthony Gardner: 7 - Lost Robert Snodgrass for the Leeds equaliser but otherwise another very effective shift from the former Hull City man.

Jonathan Parr: 7 - The versatile Norwegian found himself at left-back once again, but still got forward when the game allowed.

David Wright: 7 - His first game in the league for Palace since the away win over Forest on December 10 and it was an assured performance. Broke up play just in front of the back-four and set Palace on their way in attack a number of times.

Kagisho Dikgacoi: 6 - Unfortunate to deflect the ball into the path of Ross McCormack, who was able to send the cross in for the equaliser. Some woeful passing from KG but some brilliant tackling.

Sean Scannell: 6 - Shown a very soft second yellow card just before the break for nudging over Danny Pugh after collecting an early caution for catching Andros Townsend. Good attacking play when he was on the pitch, but will have to learn not to give referees decisions to make.

Darren Ambrose: 7 - Was up for the game from the start, buzzing all over the pitch and wanting to shoot from range. His tenacity led to Palace's goal.

Jermaine Easter: 7 - Asked to do a variety of jobs on the pitch as the game wore on and looked comfortable as striking partner to Chris Martin, left midfielder and then lone striker.

Chris Martin: 8 Second goal for Palace and easily his most complete game in the red and blue stripes. Like Easter has proved his versatility and should have had a second.

Subs:

Glenn Murray (Easter, 82): 7 - Came on for Easter and helped Palace see out the closing stages of the match. Coached Wilfried Zaha on the pitch that meant the Eagles could hit Leeds on the break.

Wilfried Zaha (Martin, 70): 7 - Even though the opposition double up on him now he still gets the run on them. Dougie will do his best to keep hold of the talented youngster until at least the summer.

Paul McShane (Dumbuya, 67): 7 - The on-loan Hull City defender also effortlessly slipped into the right-back berth when he came home. A boost now that Peter Ramage has gone back to QPR.
