Boxing day blazes thought to be arson
Fires were started in a spate of suspected arson attacks in Wimbledon town centre on Boxing Day evening.
The emergency services reported that fires had been started at bins outside the Slug pub in Hartfield Road, a house in Broadway Place and at bins in the Champion Timber Yard in Hartfield Crescent.
A 13-year-old boy has been charged with arson in relation to the incident at the Slug pub. He has been bailed to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates Court.
