St Nicholas’ Centre has a giant snow globe to entertain Christmas shoppers.
The giant globe will be present outside Robert Dyas from Friday to Sunday this weekend.
It will return Wednesday, December 21 and remain until Christmas Eve.
It is free to enter but the centre will be collecting for their Christmas Giving Tree appeal.
The snow globe is big enough for people to get inside, take a ride on Santa’s sledge and watch the snow fall around them.
Staff will also be taking photographs which can be taken home on the day or tagged on facebook at facebook.com/StNicholasShoppingCentre.
The Christmas Tree appeal supports women and children who have been forced to leave their homes because of domestic violence and aims to provide children with a present to open on Christmas Day.
If you would like to buy a gift for this years appeal, choose a present from the gift list in Robert Dyas’ window, buy it and drop it into to the shop.
They will ensure all gifts are wrapped and delivered to children in refuges in time for Christmas.
