In a European Commission backed initiative, Croydon Council is using all three approaches to spread the message that women do not have to suffer domestic violence.
As part of the campaign, Sainsbury's store in the Whitgift will be carrying local contact information on one million till receipts, bus services will carry a Ring the Bell on Domestic Violence message and loo doors throughout the town centre will also spread the word.
