Police are continuing their investigation after a woman was raped in Epsom, but are no longer appealing for information about a second man.
The victim met two black men in the Assembly Rooms pub, in the High Street, at approximately 10.30pm on Wednesday, September 7.
When the pub closed at about midnight, it was believed the victim was taken north along Waterloo Road before being raped at an address in the early hours of September 8.
Police said today that initial investigations yielded sufficient information that a further appeal was not necessary.
* A 31-year-old man from Epsom was arrested on September 19 in connection with the rape and has been bailed until November 7 pending further enquiries.
