Mrs H. Stanley, Compton Road, Wimbledon
I refer to the very sad case your newspaper reported of small pets being rescued from dreadful circumstances in a house in Cheshire Close, Mitcham.
Why was it that “the RSPCA was unable to help”? I should have thought this instance to be exactly the sort of case in which the RSPCA would have acted thoroughness and promptness.
Thank goodness, in this instance, for Bobtails Rabbit and Guinea Pig rescue, a modest and unsung animal charity.
