An Old Bailey murder trial has restarted after two days of legal wranglings.
Leon De St Aubin, from Chelsea, Rupert Ross, 30, Khori Hines, 34, both from Fulham, and Casper Smith, 28, of no fixed address, are accused of murdering Darcy Austin-Bruce outside Wandsworth Prison on May 1, 2009.
Mr Austin-Bruce had been visiting with two friends when he was shot five times outside the prison by a man in a suit wearing a crash helmet.
The defense's case opened on Monday, October 10, and is expected to last for several days.
It is expected that the trial could finish by the end of the week.
