A 35-year-old woman died after a car smash on one of Croydon's busiest roads.
Ferzana Sadique, from Purley, died when her Volkswagen Polo collided with a Ford Galaxy driving in the opposite direction.
A post mortem held yesterday at Croydon mortuary found she died from injuries as a result of the collision.
An inquest was later opened at Croydon Coroner's court and adjourned.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact the collision investigation unit at Catford Traffic Unit on 020 8285 1574.
