A world champion darts player has boosted morale at an Epsom army rehabilitation centre.
Last week Adrian Lewis attended a gala exhibition at the Army's Headley Court rehabiliatation centre where he raised spirits by showcasing his darts skills and letting some of the officers try and outscore him.
The pawnbroker, Albemarle Bond, one of Adrian's sponsors, donated a £1,000 watch for the raffle and paid for a photographer to take pictures of Adrian with each soldier as a memento of the day.
Adrian Lewis also announced to the troops that darts manufacturer Target, another of his sponsors, will be delivering a number of darts boards and darts to the 5,000 troops stationed in Afghanistan to mark the 30 years since the Falklands conflict in the South Atlantic.
