Sutton has among the lowest rates of heart disease in London.
Statistics released by health company MSD and cholesterol charity Heart UK show 66.94 people per 100,000 die of coronary heart disease (CHD) each year.
It was below the London average of 74.99 people per 100,000. Islington, had the the highest rate at 114.12 people per 100,000.
London GP Sarah Jarvis, said: “Cardiovascular disease is the UK’s leading cause of death. It is vital patients take a more proactive role in managing their health.”
