Police have renewed their attempts to find a man who punched a driver on a Croydon bus, after his image was aired on BBC’s Crimewatch programme.
The original incident happened on January 13 at about 8pm in Park Street, Croydon on the 119 bus.
The suspect missed his stop and became aggressive towards the driver eventually punching through his protective screen and assaulting him before he ran off.
The driver did not need to go to hospital.
Footage from CCTV cameras of the incident were shown on Crimewatch last night (July 12).
The man is described as white, bald, stocky build, wearing shorts with a flower pattern.
