The condition of a woman who was injured after falling from her bicycle outside Epsom Racecourse during Derby Day is ‘improving’.
The woman who is in her 30s was travelling with a group of six people when the accident happened at about 4.15pm on Saturday, June 4, close to the traffic lights in Ashley Road.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the woman was taken to St Helier Hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries, where she was kept in for observation for two days.
