Commuters hoping to get to Gatwick through East Croydon station are being warned that there are severe delays on the line.
Siganlling problems at Earlswood is causing delays of up to 20 minutes.
There is a reduced service operating between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport on First Capital Connect Trains, departing Victoria on the hour and at 30 minutes past and leaving Gatwick at 20 and 50 minutes past the hour.
It is unknown when a normal service might resume.
