A five-year-old girl shot in the chest at a shop in Stockwell may never walk again.

Thusha Kamaleswaran was shot at the Wine and Food shop in Stockwell Road on March 29, as she stood there with her mother, 12-year-old brother and three-year-old sister.

She may never walk again as it is believed her spine was damage by the bullet and she is paralysed from the waist down, according to reports.

Another bystander, Roshan Selvakumar, 35, was shot in the face but was discharged from hospital last month.

Anthony McCalla, 19, from Streatham, Nathaniel Grant, 20, from Camberwell, Kazeem Kolawole, 18, from Kennington, were arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder.

Both have been detained in custody and will also appear at the Old Bailey on June 10.

Two teenage boys, a 17-year-old and a 14-year-old have been bailed until June.

Another 17-year-old has been bailed.
