“Invincible” footballers at a Sutton primary school celebrated winning an incredible six trophies this season.
The side at Abbey Primary School in Morden Road went undefeated all season in Surrey and Sutton, playing in more than 25 games.
Paul Dye, their coach and site manager at the school, said: “I’m so proud of them. They were invincible all season. I’m pretty sure no team has achieved this before.”
Mr Dye is now retiring as the school’s football coach after 19 years in the job.
