Royal wedding fever takes over bingo hall
A bingo hall in Tooting has declared itself the “Unofficial Sponsor of the Royal Wedding”.
Gala Bingo Tooting, in Mitcham Road, will be celebrating Prince William and Kate Middleton’s big occasion with 11 days of events and giveaways, as well as screening the royal ceremony on April 29.
Gala spokeswoman, Sarah Mercer, said: “As the nation’s favourite family gather for a special bank holiday, it’s only right that the nation’s favourite house of fun creates a fabulous day out, offering prizes, camaraderie and a chance to wave the flag.”
