Neil Danns missed a late penalty as Crystal Palace crashed out of the FA Cup 2-1 at Coventry City.
Danns blasted the spot kick straight at Kieren Westwood in the 83rd minute after Wilfried Zaha was upended in the box.
Danns, who had only pulled a goal back two minutes before the penalty, then missed a header from a yard out as Palace slumped to defeat.
In truth, the Eagles didn't deserve the draw having been second best throughout the game.
Coventry should have been out of sight in the first half but found themselves only two goals to the good at the break.
Freddy Eastwood scored the first after Nathaniel Clyne was easily beaten by Gary McSheffrey, before an unmarked Carl Baker volleyed in the second just two minutes later.
Alassane N'Diaye was substituted before half time after a poor display in the holding midfield role.
Palace were better second half but did not test Westwood until the 69th minute and only looked like forcing a replay in the last 10 minutes.
They had enough chances to do it as Iversen also headed at Westwood deep into injury time but it was not be in what is likely to be Dougie Freedman's last game in charge.
