Friends and relatives will have few excuses for forgetting the birthday of this newborn baby after she was born on New Year’s Day.
Baby Natalie Paraoaro, who was born at Kingston Hospital early on Saturday, January 1, 2011, will be able to register her date of birth as “1/1/11”.
Proud mum-of-two Oana Paraoaro, who is resting at home in Haynt Walk, Raynes Park, said Natalie was born a week later than expected but weighed a healthy 7lb 4oz (3.6kg).
She said: “Natalie was expected to be born on Christmas Day, and that’s what we were hoping for, but having a birthday on New Year’s Day is just as special.”
