Former pop star Dane Bowers has been arrested in Croydon in connection with a massive meow meow drug ring.
Cops swooped on five other men and women aged from 25 to 46 in dawn raids across Manchester on Tuesday.
The Another Level singer, 30, was quizzed by detectives after £650,000 of popular party drug Meow Meow was found.
Detectives were tipped off the drug was being peddled at Knuckle Up cage fighting events, which Mr Bowers is linked to.
A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Police said: “On Tuesday November 16 officers from Greater Manchester Police arrested seven people on suspicion of conspiring to supply drugs.
“A 30-year-old man from Croydon, a 31-year-old man from Somerset, a 25-year-old woman from Bolton and a 46-year-old man from Staffordshire were bailed until January 11, 2011.”
