Speroni (9) - Kept Palace in it with a string of world-class saves. Lets hope Palace can keep hold of him for the rest of the season.

Marrow (7) - Put himself about, got forward and did a job at right-back before being asked to move into midfield.

Davis (7) - In for the injured Anthony Gardner, the rested Davis was much improved and did the simple things well.

McCarthy (8) - Another solid performance from the Palace captain. Gives confidence to those around him.

Clyne (7) - Played at left-back to counter the dangerous Chris Eagles, then moved to right-back for the second-half. Steady display.

Cadogan (7) - Continually got forward, and fired in a number of decent crosses. Tired a touch towards the end of the first half, Zaha came on for him at the break.

Zaha (7) - Carried on where Cadogan left off. Looked hungry after his enforced lay-off. Burnley centre-back Andre Bikey proved a formidable opponent.

Danns (7) - Quietish first-half, came more into the game as Palace needed him. So nearly could have won it at the death.

Garvan (7) - Endeavoured to push Palace on with some effective passing, had to play more defensively second-half as Burnley dominated.

Dorman (7) - Sacrificed on the hour to allow Julian Bennet on at left-back, otherwise a tidy performance.

Bennett (7) - Drafted into a defence that was threatening to get overrun, did enough to help Palace hold on for a point.

Djilali (7) - Worked hard, crossed well, maybe should have had an early goal.

Andrew (5) - 82nd minute sub for Djilali as Palace looked to punt it long to him for final throes. Nothing came off for him.

Vaughan (7) - Tackled and worked hard, but didn't get as much service as he would have liked. A couple of half-chances.

Subs Not Used: Price, Barrett, O'Keefe, Counago.
