Police today uncovered a cannabis factory filled with 250 plants during an early morning raid.
At 8am, officers arrested a man found inside the semi-detached house in Chatsworth Crescent, Hounslow, on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.
They were granted a drug search warrant at Feltham Magistrates’ Court following tip offs from neighbouring residents.
The subsequent raid was launched in partnership with Scottish and Southern Energy, the borough task force and other sector officials.
Police constable Anne Sanders, who led the operation, said: “This shows we respond to the concerns and needs of our residents. We urge our community to contact us with their concerns about crime and antisocial behaviour in their neighbourhood.”
