The internationally renowned London Mozart Trio play the Vera Fletcher Hall in Thames Ditton on Saturday, June 5.
World class musicians Colin Stone on piano, Krzysztof Smietana on violin and Sagi Hartov on cello, will play Dvorak’s Dumky Trio Opus 90, Rachmaninov’s Elegiaque Trio Opus 9 and Mozart’s Piano Trio No 3 K542.
Joan Leifer, artistic director of the Embercourt Road venue, said: “We are truly lucky to have this international piano trio of the highest calibre coming to the hall. They perform regularly at the leading venues such as the Wigmore Hall and are at the top of the tree in artistic talent.”
British born Colin Stone plays for BBC3, has performed around the world and recorded many CDs, combining his performances with his work as a professor at the Royal Academy of Music, while cellist Sagi Hartov has won many major awards, records for BBC4 and was a finalist in the Rostropovich International Cello Competition.
