Slip on your dancing shoes and jive the night away at a rock and roll evening in Chessington on Friday, May 28.
King George Field Indoor Bowls Club, in Jubilee Way, hosts the nights every Friday until September, to raise funds for the club’s upkeep.
The club closes each summer because people head outdoors to play, but the stewards still get paid.
Teddy boy Choocho, who holds the Guinness World Record for the most hours spent jiving, will be there, as will DJ Terry the Ted, playing timeless classics.
Memorabilia will also be on sale, and refreshments, including alcohol, will be available at the members’ bar.
Entry costs just £2.50 and everyone is welcome at the event, which is on from 8pm until 11.15pm.
