Croydon Athletic manager Tim O'Shea plans to make few changes to his title-winning squad ahead of their first season in the Ryman Premier Division.

The Rams won the Division One South championship last season after a close battle with Folkestone Invicta, who were promoted via the play-offs.

O'Shea is currently working in South Africa in the lead-up to the World Cup but confirmed the team that lines up on the first game of the season won't be too different to that which won promotion.

"The nucleus of the team are staying," he said.

"Nobody has been let go at the moment either but there will hopefully be three or four additions."

Gary Noel won the golden boot last year and was expected to attract interest but it seems he will be staying, as will his fellow prolific strikers Gareth Williams and Ben Godfrey.

Meanwhile, the club have announced they will be keeping adult season ticket and gate prices the same for next season to try and build up support in the Ryman Premier.
