A group of Somalian women were the victims of a racist attack in Battersea last month.

Police are still appealing for information about the incident, on Tuesday, April 6, as no arrests have been made.

The attack took place on 344 bus on Battersea Park Road heading towards Clapham Junction.

The two men approached four Somalian women and demanded that they start speaking in English.

The men then started spitting at the ladies, who are in the 40s and 50s, and it is reported one of the men had a knife.

It is also claimed the men were using racist language towards the women.

Police said the first suspect was a white male, about 6ft 2in. He has very short hair, a heavy build and was wearing a grey jacket with a hood and blue jeans.

The second suspect was a white male, appoximately 5ft 7in. He has a slim build and was wearing a blue top and blue jeans.
