A trio of mothers needs support for their Motspur Park community craft fair on Saturday, May 8, which they hope will boost artists and businesses beat the economic gloom.
A full list of stallholders has been announced for the Spring Craft Fair, which will be held at the Holy Cross Hall, Douglas Avenue, on Saturday, May 8, from 2pm to 5pm.
The fair will include a range of crafty offerings, including a chocolate fountain, face painting, water crystals and hand-made glass jewellery.
Event organiser Wendy Day said: “It’s a chance to meet up with neighbours and friends, support local artists and traders and enjoy some refreshments.
“There is also a strong charity element as the Morden Rotary Club will be back selling beautiful leather bags and all the proceeds from the cake sale will go to MacMillan Cancer Support.”
