A passionate Croydon resident has scooped third place as Tenant of the Year for work in the community.
Ashburton resident, Sue Randall, beat 11 other finalists at the 2010 Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Awards, which aim to recognise people in the community who make a lasting difference.
Miss Randall, Chair of Local Residents Association, has driven work forward by setting up a number of youth clubs, community fairs and an OAP club in the 13 years with them.
Miss Randall was nominated by Sheryl Martin L&Q Neighbourhood Investment Officer and they attended the awards at New Connaught Rooms in London on April 15.
