Residents and businesses are once again gearing up to be part of Sutton Council’s Take Part, Take Pride Summer Festival.
There are just over three weeks left to register an event and be included in the printed programme.
Groups and individuals can still register events after this date but will not be included in the printed literature.
Any idea is welcome and activities can range from holding an open day, concert or sports event to showing people how to grow their own vegetables.
Community groups can get free space in a marquee in Sutton High Street to promote their work.
Paul Martin, chief executive of Sutton Council, said: “Take Part, Take Pride is a great event where people can really get involved and try some new activities.
“We would really welcome volunteers to get involved in any way they can and continue to make this a real community event.”
