Croydon Council is offering pensioners an opportunity to try something different from t'ai chi to line dancing.
The council said its Choosing Health Day is one of a series which aims to provide personalised support so that people can make informed choices about their health.
It will take place next Tuesday from 10am until 2.30pm at Parchmore Methodist Church, Parchmore Road, Thornton Heath.
