Windmill open
for visitors
Shirley Windmill, recently renovated with heritage lottery money, is open to visitors on Sunday.
Between 1pm and 5pm there will be regular guided tours, refreshments as well as multi-media and interactive models. Entrance to the windmill in Postmill Close, Shirley, is free.
Gallery's first
Five Croydon artists display their flower paintings at the first exhibition at South Croydon's Paolo Francis Gallery.
It takes place from August 2-31, Tuesdays-Saturdays 9am-5pm, or Mondays by appointment only, at the gallery at 105 Sanderstead Road, South Croydon.
