The future of Croydon athletics is certainly in good hands as this smooth relay changeover to Croydon Harrier Andre Flemmings demonstrates.
The 14-year-old sprinter, along with team mate Gavin Dublin, played a vital part in the Surrey Junior 4x100m relay team which claimed gold during the Inter-county championships in Exeter last week.
But the talented duo's achievements are just two examples of Croydon's continuing excellence in the field of athletics.
Pole-vaulter Cameron Johnstone heads the list after representing English Schools in Ayr this weekend.
Middle distance maestro Amanuel Tshaye (pictured) is schools junior cross-country champion and he proved his promise with a silver medal.
